- Richard was a key leader in the growth of Computer Consoles Inc. to help make it successful enough for purchase by Nortel Corp. He was also instrumental in the growth of Microwave Data Systems from its infancy to >$70M business in approximately 10 years.
- Richard spent four years in the military service for his country and over twenty years in Electronics Manufacturing. He has a Bachelors in Electronics Engineering Technology and an MBA in Manufacturing Management.

- Sherele has many years performing all operations at executive levels for finances, compliance and manufacturing, including distribution and customer satisfaction. Ten years of direct experience with world class manufacturing at Xerox Corporation.
- She has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Financial Management.
